You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging where applicable.

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos/videos.

After receiving and checking the returned product, we will process the applicable replacement or refund.
